About Dagenahm

Dagenham is a large suburb of east London, England. It forms part of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and is located approximately 9.5 miles (15.2 km) east of the City of London. It was in 1921, when the London County Council began construction of the large Becontree estate. The population of the area significantly increased during the 20th century. It has formed part of Greater London since 1965 and is a predominantly residential area.

Transport

There are London Underground services from Dagenham East, Dagenham Heathway and Becontree. C2c, currently operated by National Express, part of National Rail, run a service from Dagenham Dock.[21] National Rail services also operate from nearby Chadwell Heath into London Liverpool street.

You are never too far from primary and secondary schools in Dagenham or local shops situated on many of the individual corner parade shops. For main shops many residents use the main shops in the Heathway or Chadwell Heath main shops and supermarkets in the High Road, only 1 mile from our office. Both Romford and Barking are also easily accessible by car or bus and are only a 10 miniute drive.
